Newcastle United have reportedly contacted Moise Kean’s agent about a potential summer move, according to Calciomercato.
However, getting Kean would be difficult, with Arsenal, Tottenham, AC Milan, Napoli, and Barcelona chasing his signature. The Italian international is a well-known name in England, thanks to his time at Everton from 2019 to 2023.
However, his journey at Everton was not that sound. He even joined Paris Saint-Germain and then Juventus on loan.
Juve did make his deal complete in 2023. However, in the 2023-24 Serie A season, he scored just one goal in 24 outings.
As a result, the 25-year-old striker moved to Fiorentina last summer. In the 28 Italian top-flight apps (this season), he has scored 17 goals.
This is the reason behind the host of European clubs looking to sign the Italian striker.
The Magpies striker Alexander Isak might leave the club this summer.
Hence, they could be looking for Kean as his replacement or an addition to the club in case the Swedish striker stays.
